Deep-fried zucchini

A deep-fried zucchini appetizer is perfect with meat dishes, for example, instead of potatoes. Deep-fried zucchini can be served with a sauce made from sour cream with fresh chopped dill.

Prepare the required ingredients for the deep-fried zucchini.

In a deep bowl, mix wheat flour with light beer, salt and add black pepper. Mix well.

Pour some flour into the mold. Wash the zucchini well, pat dry with paper towels, cut off the ends. Cut the prepared zucchini lengthwise into several pieces. Dip in flour. Then dip it in batter.

Pour bread crumbs into another container. Dip the zucchini in breadcrumbs evenly on all sides.
