The easiest and fastest zucchini dish to prepare is zucchini fried in rings in flour batter. In summer and autumn, during the ripening period of this vegetable, this dish is especially popular. The zucchini turns out to be golden brown, with a crispy crust and goes well with a spicy sour cream-garlic sauce.

For cooking, we choose young zucchini, which still have soft skin and seeds have not formed. We rinse them well under running water, cut off the ends and cut into rings 5-7 mm thick. Sprinkle the sliced zucchini with salt, stir so that the salt gets on each piece and leave it for 10-15 minutes, so that the juice is released from the zucchini, which will then need to be drained.
We spread the zucchini in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry it on both sides until golden brown. Then remove from the pan onto a plate with a paper towel so that it absorbs excess vegetable oil. Before each next batch of zucchini, rinse the pan under running water so that the remaining flour does not burn.
