Zucchini caviar - preparation with great taste! This recipe describes the preparation of squash caviar without the use of vegetable oil. Such a blank can be served with any side dish, or it can be used as an independent dish. Zucchini caviar prepared according to this recipe tastes better than store caviar!

Rinse the courgettes and cut into cubes. If necessary, remove the hardened skin. Place the sliced ​​courgettes in a cooking container.

We also cut the peeled carrots and onions into small cubes and send them to the pan to the zucchini.

Next, you need to rinse the bell pepper, peel it of seeds and chop it into cubes. Add chopped peppers to the rest of the ingredients. Add tomato paste, mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper and finely chopped garlic to the vegetables.

We mix all the components, then put the saucepan with the contents on moderate heat and simmer under a closed lid for about 60 minutes.
