Zucchini caviar without frying

A very appetizing vegetable game made from zucchini, peppers and tomatoes! It will be a delicious addition to toasts, meat dishes and various side dishes. Such caviar can be prepared in jars and enjoy its aroma all winter long!

We wash all vegetables with water and peel. Cut the carrots into circles and cut the courgettes in the same way.

In tomatoes, we make a cruciform incision on the side of the opposite petiole. We immerse them in boiling water for 30 seconds. and then immediately chill in cold water. Remove the skin and cut the tomatoes into 2 halves.

Mix all vegetables with vegetable oil and put them in a baking sleeve. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and simmer vegetables for 60 minutes.
