This is a very tasty preparation for the winter, which is easy to cook at home. This recipe describes how to prepare zucchini caviar using a meat grinder to grind the ingredients. Simple, tasty and fast!

We wash the zucchini, cut off the tails, peel if necessary. Cut the fruits into large pieces.

Peel the carrots and also chop coarsely.
