Soviet caviar was delicious due to the standards applied at the time. It could be eaten in whole cans. This cooking option is as close as possible to the quality standards of the USSR, and the use of green roots will give the very desired taste.

Pour diced onions and carrots into a saucepan with heated oil.

Wash the zucchini (preferably zucchini), peel and cut into cubes. Transfer to a saucepan and stir.
