Zucchini caviar for the winter without vinegar

Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise and tomato paste without the addition of vinegar has a grainy consistency due to the fact that raw vegetables are chopped in a meat grinder. Despite the absence of excess acid in the recipe, the preparation is well worth it, the cans do not swell.

Remove the skin from the zucchini, remove the pulp and seeds.
