Zucchini caviar with bell pepper is a tasty and healthy snack with a bright aroma that will appeal to all family members. Due to the fact that the preparation contains a variety of vegetables, it is easily absorbed by the body and goes well with a large number of meat dishes and side dishes. It should be noted that you will not need too much time to prepare such caviar. In addition, it is not at all necessary to have special culinary skills for this.

First, the zucchini must be thoroughly washed, peeled and seeds, then cut into small cubes.

Now we take a saucepan with a thick bottom, put chopped zucchini into it, pour in a small amount of water. We send the pan to low heat.
