First, prepare the ingredients that we will need to prepare the caviar.

We wash the zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, then cut into small cubes and lay out on different plates. Peel the onion and garlic and also cut into small cubes.

Now we take a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour vegetable oil into it. After the oil heats up, send the carrots to the pan, then the onions, garlic, zucchini and tomatoes. All vegetables should be put into the pot at intervals of a few minutes. Simmer all vegetables until they are soft.
