Such caviar can be prepared for the winter by rolling it up in jars, or stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.

Zucchini must be thoroughly washed, then peeled and seeds removed. After that, cut the zucchini into medium-sized cubes and grind with a meat grinder or blender. The next step is to spread the zucchini mass in a frying pan.

Next, peel the onion and chop it in the same way as the zucchini. After that, we also send the resulting mass to the frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil, mayonnaise and tomato paste there. The vegetable mass should be stewed for an hour.
