The famous and favorite snack in many families - squash caviar - is prepared very quickly and easily. And most importantly, the resulting dish is nutritious, vitamin and very healthy. Do not deny yourself and your household the pleasure, cook squash caviar with mayonnaise in the oven!

Wash the zucchini, if necessary, remove the hard peel and remove the seeds. Cut the zucchini into large cubes.

Pass the zucchini cubes through a meat grinder. Salt a little squash, leave in a bowl for a while. Then squeeze the mass a little with your hands, throw it on a sieve to get rid of the released liquid.

Peel the onion. Cut it into small cubes. Fry the onion in a pan with vegetable oil until transparent.

Send fried onions, squash, mayonnaise, tomato paste and vegetable oil to the pan. Mix. Add salt, sugar, bay leaf and black ground pepper to the squash mass, mix until smooth. Send the squash mass into a baking dish, simmer in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.
