Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise in a slow cooker

Why spend extra effort on the preparation of blanks. The multicooker will easily cope with this task and will preserve the dish without letting it burn. Mayonnaise will make the caviar more tender and softer in structure.

Peel the onion and mince it along with the zucchini chunks to make a puree.

Bon Appetit!
