Zucchini caviar with carrots is one of the most delicious recipes for vegetable caviar. And to make it especially tender and soft, we will use a meat grinder! This is a great dish for quick and tasty tartlets, sandwiches or toast. Simply delicious!

We wash the zucchini, cut it into halves and remove the seeds. If the zucchini is ripe, then we cut off the peel, you can leave it in the young. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.

Peel the bulbs and cut into squares.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the zucchini. Fry them for 15 minutes.
