Zucchini caviar with apples

Zucchini and apple caviar turns out to be very juicy, aromatic and appetizing. The appetizer is simple and quick to prepare, it can be served with meat or fish dishes.

Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and cut into slices of medium thickness.

Cut the rye bread into small cubes. Peel the garlic and onion. We divide the latter into several parts.
