Zucchini caviar is a favorite dish in many families. And no wonder: this unusually tasty appetizer goes well with meat, fish and even vegetable dishes. Zucchini caviar in the oven is easy to prepare and, in addition, the process of preparing this appetizer does not take much time.

Prepare all the ingredients necessary for making squash caviar. Wash and dry the courgettes, peppers, carrots and tomatoes.

From zucchini (if not young), remove the peel, remove the seeds, cut them into cubes. Peel and chop the carrots, peel and dice the onions. Pepper to remove stalks and seeds, cut into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, peel the garlic.

Put the mixed vegetables in a baking dish, pour over with olive oil, mix everything well.
