Squash caviar is a great option for a cold vegetable snack or snack. We will bake vegetables for caviar in the oven. Due to the fact that vegetables are baked in the sleeve, they fully retain vitamins and useful properties, at the same time, vegetables do not need to be constantly stirred and made sure that they do not burn. The cooking process does not take much time, it is as convenient and fast as possible.

We wash the zucchini under running water and remove the stalks. Since our zucchini is young, we do not remove the skin and seeds. Cut the zucchini into slices. Peel the carrots, rinse and cut into arbitrary pieces. We wash the pepper, remove the stalk and seeds, cut the pepper into half rings. Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into rings. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. The shape of the cut of vegetables does not really matter, since after baking we will puree the vegetables with a blender.
