Delicious squash caviar in 20 minutes - easy! You just need to prepare all the ingredients, and the microwave will do the rest for you. Thinly chopped vegetables will be baked in the microwave for 5-10 minutes, after which they will only have to be chopped in mashed potatoes. You will not even notice how this delicious and tender appetizer appears on your table.

Prepare all the ingredients: rinse the zucchini, remove the stalk, peel it. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel them off. Peel and rinse the onions, carrots and garlic.

Cut all vegetables into thin slices, put in a ceramic bowl, add spices, mayonnaise, vinegar and vegetable oil.

Mix all the vegetables well and put them in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes. After the beep, we check the vegetables, if they are a little hard, we put them for another couple of minutes.
