Prepare the food you need. Peel the garlic. Rinse the greens well and dry, chop finely with a knife. It is best to use fresh dill, if there is no dill, use any other herb.

Grate the peeled zucchini from the peel and seeds with a fine grater.

Add salt to a bowl of grated zucchini and set aside, the zucchini will let the juice out.

Drain the resulting liquid with a fine sieve and squeeze the courgette.
