To make a cake, you need kefir at room temperature. Either remove the fermented milk product from the refrigerator first, or slightly heat it until warm in the microwave. Pour kefir into a deep container, drive in an egg and add salt. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees.

Stir everything until smooth with a mixer or a regular whisk. Add vegetable oil and sour cream and mix everything again.
