If the zucchini pancakes are no longer delightful and fed up, it's time to cook the zucchini pie! These pastries are incredibly juicy and delicious. You can serve such a pie with soft cheese, salted fish, or just with sour cream and herbs. For cooking, we use whole grain flour, which gives a rustic look to the cake and adds valuable useful properties to it.

Grate the zucchini on a fine grater in a separate bowl. We break the eggs, add kefir, olive oil, garlic passed through a press. Rinse the parsley and dill, dry with a paper towel and chop finely with a knife. Add chopped greens to a bowl to the zucchini and knead the mass with a whisk by hand or using a mixer at low speed.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and set the dish with the dough to a medium level. We bake the product for an hour. We check the readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer. We pierce the middle of the pie: if there is sticky dough, continue baking. If the skewer comes out dry, the pie can be taken out.
