Vegetable dough pie with meat filling is what you need for a hearty family dinner. Zucchini dough is considered lighter and healthier than regular dough. And a layer of minced meat will make the cake even more appetizing.

Cooking the dough. Boil the potatoes, peel the zucchini. We pass the vegetables together through a meat grinder or a coarse grater - as you prefer. Then add the egg, kefir and soda to the mixture. We mix. Melt the margarine and put it in the dough, sift the flour and add the baking powder. Mix again.

Chop the onion and cloves of garlic, mix with the minced meat. Add the egg, salt, pepper and mayonnaise to this. Stir and send to freeze in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
