Zucchini pie in the oven

Zucchini pies are very satisfying, they can be made both sweet and stuffed with meat or vegetables. They are prepared quite simply and can be present in the diet of fans of proper nutrition.

Wash the zucchini, dry and cut into thin slices.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and combine with flour, salt, pepper, milk and water. Then add the zucchini and chopped onion and garlic, mix everything.

Grease a baking dish with oil, put parchment paper in it, and grease it as well. Fill in the zucchini dough, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put a pie pan in it and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the oven, let it cool and serve, it turns out to be so tender that it just melts in your mouth.
