Zucchini cake with minced meat

Very original dishes can be made from absolutely ordinary products. For example, a cake made from zucchini and minced meat. This dish turns out to be voluminous, you can easily feed your family with it.

Wash the zucchini and grate it on a fine grater. Add 2 yolks, flour, semolina, salt, knead the dough. Bake squash dough pancakes.

Mix the minced meat with two whipped whites, milk and salt, you can add spices if desired. From the resulting mass, also bake pancakes the same size as the pancakes from the courgette.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Fry the onions and carrots in a skillet. Mix the frying with mayonnaise and chopped herbs.
