In our recipe, we use several types of healthy vegetables that are ideally combined with egg and milk filling. Dusted with aromatic spices and fresh herbs, baked vegetables are a great option for a light breakfast or lunch.

We wash the Brussels sprouts and put them in a form greased with vegetable oil. If the cabbage is large, cut it in half. We wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into inflorescences and put it in a mold for Brussels sprouts. After baking, the cabbage will be a little hard, not mushy. If you like soft cabbage, boil two types of cabbage for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water.
