Zucchini cooked in the oven according to our recipe is a real find for lovers of delicious and healthy food. In our recipe, we use several types of healthy vegetables that are ideally combined with egg and milk filling. Dusted with aromatic spices and fresh herbs, baked vegetables are a great option for a light breakfast or lunch.

For cooking, we choose a young zucchini. We wash it and rub it on a coarse grater along with the skin. Add salt and leave it for 3-5 minutes to let the juice flow.

We wash the Brussels sprouts and put them in a form greased with vegetable oil. If the cabbage is large, cut it in half. We wash the cauliflower, disassemble it into inflorescences and put it in a mold for Brussels sprouts. After baking, the cabbage will be a little hard, not mushy. If you like soft cabbage, boil two types of cabbage for a couple of minutes in boiling salted water.

Squeeze juice from zucchini, add milk and eggs. Salt, pepper and add spices. Mix well with a whisk and pour the resulting mixture into a mold.
