How to preserve sorrel for the winter without salt

Chopped sorrel is tightly packed into a half-liter jar and filled with boiling water. Then the jars are closed with a lid and sterilized in a water bath. Then everything is rolled up, cooled down and sent to a dark, cold storage place.

We carefully sort out the sorrel and wash it under cool running water. Cut off the legs of the sheets.

Next, cut the sorrel leaves into thin strips about 0.5 cm thick.

We take a clean half-liter jar and place the chopped sorrel tightly there.

Boil water and pour the contents of the cans into it.
