How to pickle waves for the winter

Marinated waves are simply delicious! Mushrooms are juicy, with a rich taste and aroma. They will be an appetizing addition to potatoes, meats and salads.

We wash the waves and sort out the debris. Then fill them with cold water, add salt. And we put the press on top. To do this, you can cover the mushrooms with a plate, on which you put a jar of water. And we leave it in this form for 2 days. The water needs to be changed 2 times a day.

After that, put the mushrooms on the fire and boil for 30 minutes. We drain the water through a colander.

Now let's prepare the marinade, for this we boil water with salt, sugar, bay leaf and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
