How to salt frozen trout at home

To pickle frozen trout at home, you will need salt, sugar, dill, and some strong alcohol. This appetizer came to us from the Scandinavian countries. Salted trout fillets are usually served on a slice of rye bread.

Wash and dry the dill. Place one piece of fish skin side down, top with green dill and sprinkle with vodka.

Place the second part of the carcass on top.
