How to cook lamb shulum at home

This is a recipe for Caucasian soup, which was previously prepared in field conditions. Shulum is also called the hunter's soup. Now this soup is also prepared at home.

Wash the lamb, cut into pieces, put in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Boil the broth for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, remove the lamb from the broth. Separate the meat from the bones, chop it and dip it back into the broth.

Peel the onion and cut into rings, put it in the broth.

Then chop the tomatoes, bell peppers and garlic. Transfer all vegetables to a saucepan.

Peel the eggplant and potatoes and chop coarsely. Add them to your soup.
