How to spread garlic lard bread

This treat is very popular. A spread of lard and garlic is usually served on the table in the form of a snack and it flies off the table very quickly. Such a simple dish will help you out not only on a holiday, but also on weekdays, when you want to have a quick bite.

Cut the bacon into small cubes, if the skin is soft, then you do not need to trim it.

Scroll the bacon twice through a meat grinder.

Put lard in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put on fire and melt the fat.

After 10 minutes, put the peeled onion into a well-heated lard. When the onion turns golden, remove it from the pan.

When the greaves have given up all the fat, pour a glass of milk into the pan, stir. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 40-45 minutes until the fat is translucent.
