How to make butter croissants with condensed milk

Many, falling under the charm of airy croissants with condensed milk, try to cook them at home. The cooking process will certainly take you a certain amount of time, however, it will be worth it. Homemade dough rises well and has a porous structure.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Mix dry yeast with two tablespoons of flour. Heat the milk to 35 degrees. Pour milk into a bowl of flour and yeast mixture, stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
step 2 out of 11
Add vegetable oil and whipped protein to the dough.
step 3 out of 11
Then add the sifted flour in portions to the bowl and replace the dough.
step 4 out of 11
Knead the dough well with your hands, then cover it with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
step 5 out of 11
Then divide the coming dough into 5 equal parts, roll them into balls and leave for another 10-15 minutes.
step 6 out of 11
Melt the butter over low heat and cool.
step 7 out of 11
Roll each ball of dough into a thin cake and brush it with butter.
step 8 out of 11
Place the resulting tortillas on top of each other.
step 9 out of 11
Roll out a stack of dough and divide into equal triangles. Put the boiled condensed milk filling on the wide parts of the triangles. Secure the sides of the triangle to prevent the filling from flowing out and roll up the rolls.
step 10 out of 11
Put the resulting blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Brush the croissants with whipped yolk and sprinkle with sugar. Give them 10-15 minutes to proof.
step 11 out of 11
Bake croissants in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool the baked goods on a wire rack and then serve.

Bon Appetit!
