How to salt milk mushrooms without cooking

A crispy and aromatic appetizer made from meaty mushrooms will decorate and diversify your festive table. They can be salted in a barrel in a cold way, using only salt, so as not to interrupt the unique taste of milk mushrooms with seasonings.

Clean the mushrooms, remove debris and cut off damage. Rinse them in cool water and place in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Place the mushrooms in 5 cm high layers in a bucket or barrel, sprinkling a little salt on the bottom.
