There are several methods for salting waves for the winter. In this recipe, you are invited to salt them without boiling and in a cold way, as a result of which the waves will be crispy and aromatic. These mushrooms need preliminary soaking for 2-3 days with water changes every 6 hours. Soaking removes the bitterness of the mushrooms and makes them denser. This recipe is currently the most popular.

After 9-10 days, the waves will be ready. Place them in clean jars and cover with brine. Close the jars with nylon lids and store in a cold place. You can leave salty waves in the same dishes. Then cover them with gauze and change the gauze napkin after 3-4 days so that the mushrooms do not become moldy.
