How to salt the waves without cooking

There are several methods for salting waves for the winter. In this recipe, you are invited to salt them without boiling and in a cold way, as a result of which the waves will be crispy and aromatic. These mushrooms need preliminary soaking for 2-3 days with water changes every 6 hours. Soaking removes the bitterness of the mushrooms and makes them denser. This recipe is currently the most popular.

Put horseradish leaf, chopped garlic and currant leaves in a bowl for salting the waves. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt on top of them.

Then lay a layer of soaked waves, placing them caps down. Make a layer no more than 6 cm thick.

Sprinkle salt on each layer of the waves and put currant leaves and garlic plates, dill umbrellas and horseradish leaves.
