With a great desire I want to share a fragrant recipe for an unusually tasty beef jellied meat cooked in a saucepan. The appetizer turns out to be hearty and rich. A wonderful way to feed a large family deliciously. I highly recommend cooking, I guarantee you will not regret it!

Wash the beef shank thoroughly and chop it into several pieces, depending on its size.
