The pork shulum turns out to be very satisfying. This soup can even be served as a substitute for a multi-part family meal. The male half of the family will appreciate it, because it contains a lot of meat, aromatic vegetables and spices. In this recipe, we propose to make frying from vegetables - this will give the shulum additional shades of taste and provide a golden color. When serving, do not forget about fresh herbs - they not only decorate, but also significantly complement the healthy composition of the dish.
Ingredients
Cooking process
We wash the ribs, cut off the excess fat, if necessary. Cut the meat along the bone into small portions and place in a saucepan. Fill with water in the specified amount. We put the pot on the stove, bring the contents to a boil and reduce the temperature to a minimum. Cook the ribs at a slow boil for thirty to forty minutes. Be sure to remove the emerging foam with a slotted spoon. If necessary, we increase the cooking time - it is important that the meat becomes soft.
Bon Appetit!
