How to salt lard with a roll at home

It is with great pleasure that I want to share a gorgeous recipe for an interesting and unusual appetizer. Lard, salted with a roll, turns out to be quite appetizing and original. Absolutely everyone will like this salty snack. Will look great on a dinner or holiday table.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the bacon roll.

Peel the required amount of fresh lard with a knife. Cut off the skin carefully.

Place the bacon in the freezer for about 30-40 minutes. Cut the frozen fat into slices 5-7 millimeters thick.

Peel the garlic, rinse under water, and then pass through a press.

Put salt, black and red pepper, paprika and ground coriander in a small container.
