How to salt mackerel with onions deliciously

I propose to use a cool recipe and cook an appetizing salted mackerel with onions. The fish is so tasty that it is simply impossible to stop. Be sure to cook some fragrant mackerel and you won't regret it!

Remove fins, tails and head from fresh frozen mackerel.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Pour cold water into a saucepan. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Then add granulated sugar, salt, black pepper, chopped onions and bay leaves. Boil for just a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Cool completely.

Peel the mackerel from entrails and films.

Rinse the prepared mackerel under running water, and then pat dry with paper towels and cut into small pieces of the same size.
