With great joy I want to share the simplest and fastest recipe for an unusually tasty salted mackerel. For a day, the fish turns out to be lightly salted and very appetizing. Prepare and serve on the festive table, and no one will remain indifferent!

Peel freshly frozen mackerel from fins, tails and head, carefully remove the entrails and films, rinse under running water, dry with paper towels and cut into small pieces of the same size. Place in a container.

Dissolve coarse salt in the required amount of drinking water, stirring well. Fill the fish with the resulting brine, close the lid and place in the refrigerator for a day.
