Let's cook squid on the grill - it's very tasty. And they prepare quickly. And to add a piquant taste, we will make a mixture for greasing squid based on soy sauce. You can simply serve such a dish with lemon slices - they perfectly emphasize the great natural taste of seafood.

Cooking the sauce for greasing the squid. Pour cold-pressed olive oil into a bowl, add soy sauce. Add dried oregano and ground black pepper. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Put the resulting gruel in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well with a whisk. We taste the mixture and add salt if necessary. The lubricant mixture is ready.

Wash squids well with cool water, clean the surface from the upper dark film, pull out the transparent inner cartilage. We remove the transparent film from the inside and outside from the prepared carcass. We leave the carcasses whole, without cutting into pieces.
