If you don't have any eggs in your fridge, it doesn't matter. Without them, you can also prepare a delicious dessert from the usual set of products that any housewife has in the kitchen. The dough for cupcakes is kneaded in a matter of minutes, they are baked for no more than 20 minutes. In an hour, delicate and fragrant cupcakes with a honey aroma will flaunt on your table.

In a deep bowl, combine warm water, honey, sugar and salt, vegetable oil. Mix everything until honey dissolves.

Sift the flour into a clean dry bowl, add baking soda and combine the ingredients with a whisk.

Add liquid ingredients to the dry mixture and use a whisk to knead a thin, homogeneous dough without lumps. If desired, dried fruits can be added to the dough at this stage.

There is no need to lubricate cupcake tins, as we use silicone ones. We fill them with dough by 2/3 and put them to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. We check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick, it should come out of the cupcake dry.

We take out the finished cupcakes from the oven and leave for 5-10 minutes, then take them out of the molds and put them on a dish.
