Bright and beautiful red velvet cupcakes are a traditional dessert for Valentine's Day. But sometimes you really want to please yourself with something unusual and so tasty! Delicate deep red cupcakes with amazing airy cheese cream are an indescribable delight!

Sift the flour into a clean dry bowl, add cocoa powder and salt, soda and baking powder, mix the ingredients with a whisk. Then add half of the dry mixture to the mixer bowl and add kefir with dye. Mix the ingredients well at medium mixer speed. Then we send the second half of the dry ingredients into the batter and knead a homogeneous dough without lumps. We put paper inserts in a baking dish for cupcakes and fill them 2/3 with dough. We put the cupcakes to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until a dry match for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven and leave at room temperature until they cool completely.
