It takes no more than 5 minutes to knead the dough, about half an hour for baking and an hour later the finished dessert is on your table! Instead of orange jam, you can use fresh or frozen berries, your favorite jam, or fruit.

Break 2 eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat until light foam with a whisk. Then add the melted in the microwave and cooled butter, milk, sifted flour with baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix the dough with a whisk until smooth without lumps.
