Hot pickled cabbage with carrots, vinegar and instant oil

Chopped cabbage is mixed with carrots, garlic and black pepper. Then everything is poured with a marinade of water, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, cloves, pepper and bay leaves. The snack is laid out in jars and stored in the refrigerator.

We wash the cabbage well under running water, remove the top sheets and finely chop it. We shift everything into an enamel container.

We clean the carrots, rub them on a coarse grater or finely chop into strips and send them to the cabbage.

We also rub the garlic on a grater or crush it. We send it to the rest of the vegetables and add black pepper to taste.

Pour drinking water into a deep saucepan and add granulated sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, bay leaf, allspice peas and cloves to it. Stir and put on fire. Bring to a boil, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
