Korean style cabbage with instant turmeric

Often, the famous oriental spice, turmeric, is added to Korean-style pickled cabbage, which gives the cabbage a beautiful rich yellow color and adds its delicate aroma and taste. From a small selection of common vegetables: cabbage, carrots and garlic, you will get a wonderful vegetable appetizer for any dishes, and garlic and spices will add Korean flavor.
