Provencal cabbage with instant peppers

Cabbage "Provencal" will be a crispy and juicy vegetable salad for various meat and fish dishes. It does not need mayonnaise, sour cream and other heavy seasonings, and bell pepper will add its own special taste. This dish is prepared quickly, in a few hours, and there is no need to prepare it for the winter in jars, since all the ingredients are always fresh. For a good taste of cabbage, it is important to correctly proportion the marinade, and the amount of products can be changed to your liking.

First, prepare the right amount of food for this salad, so that everything is at hand. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. Peel and rinse carrots, peppers and garlic.

Use a sharp knife or other kitchen utensil to chop the cabbage into thin strips and immediately transfer to a deep dish for cooking this dish, so that it is convenient to mix.

Chop the peeled carrots on a regular coarse grater or grate on a Korean one.

Cut the bell peppers into halves and then chop into thin strips. Transfer chopped carrots and peppers to chopped cabbage.
