An incredibly tasty, crispy and aromatic snack prepared in a very short time. The recipe uses the most available ingredients, and the cooking process does not take much of your time.

Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible or pass it through a garlic press.

Chop the cabbage as finely as possible into thin strips, a very sharp knife or food processor helps to cope with this task.
