It is with great pleasure that I want to share an interesting recipe for cabbage pancakes with kefir. The taste of the pancakes is indistinguishable from the cabbage pies, and they are cooked in a matter of minutes. Now this is my favorite recipe, and now I don't bother with pies. Try it and you will definitely not regret it. Cabbage pancakes instantly disappear from the table.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for kefir cabbage pancakes. Peel the cabbage from the top leaves, and then cut into medium-sized cubes. Put the prepared white cabbage in a deep container and salt well.
step 2 out of 7
Then break the chicken egg and add the required amount of granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth.
step 3 out of 7
Heat the kefir slightly in the microwave and add to the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
step 4 out of 7
Gradually add the wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve along with the baking soda. Stir the dough thoroughly until a homogeneous thick mass is formed.
step 5 out of 7
Heat a deep skillet with a thick bottom over medium heat. Then pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Using a tablespoon, carefully place the dough out from each other.
step 6 out of 7
As soon as the edges are browned, use a wooden or silicone spatula or two forks to turn the pancakes over to the other side and fry until evenly golden brown.
step 7 out of 7
Put the finished cabbage pancakes on a plate lined with napkins or paper towels so that the excess oil is absorbed. Then transfer to a dish and serve in portions, additionally serve sour cream if desired.
