Pie is a help in situations when you need to prepare effective satisfying pastries in a short time. The pie really turns out to be very attractive - quite fluffy, evenly golden, evenly rising. The cabbage filling is hidden inside and baked until soft and tender. Moreover, it is juicy. This cake will decorate any table and will delight baking lovers.

Wash the carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Peel the onions, rinse, dry and cut into small cubes. On the stove, heat a little odorless vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, pour the prepared onions and carrots into it and fry them with stirring until soft.

We thinly chop the cabbage by hand with a knife, or using a combine. Put it in a pan with onions and carrots, stir and simmer until soft.

If young cabbage is used, then it will take a little time - it will be stewed in seven to ten minutes. If the cabbage is winter, then it will take at least fifteen minutes to stew it. At the end of cooking, add salt to the cabbage mass to taste, mix and remove from the stove. Let cool slightly before placing in the cake.

Knead the dough. In a deep bowl, combine eggs, salt, granulated sugar, milk and melted butter. Beat the ingredients with a mixer or mix by hand - you need to achieve uniformity and light foam. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir thoroughly to break up all the lumps.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil using a silicone brush. Pour out half of the kneaded dough. So that it is evenly distributed over the entire form, we tilt it in different directions, allowing the mass to spread. Put the cooled cabbage filling on the dough. We try to do it evenly.

Pour the rest of the dough over the filling. If necessary, cover the gaps with the back of the spoon.
