Carbonara with bacon, chicken and cream

Carbonara is a traditional Italian dish made with creamy sauce and cheese. Today I want to share a recipe for a delicious Carbonara made with bacon, chicken and cream. The dish turns out to be incredibly appetizing, tender and juicy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Peel the garlic, rinse and chop with a sharp knife. Heat the pan well over moderate heat, add a small amount of olive oil, add the chopped garlic and, stirring constantly, lightly fry it.
step 2 out of 8
Wash the chicken fillet well, pat dry with paper towels, cut into cubes and place in a preheated pan with garlic. Fry until the color changes, stirring constantly, salt and add ground black pepper to taste.
step 3 out of 8
Cut the bacon into small slices. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled. Pour in white wine and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
step 4 out of 8
Then pour in the required amount of cream of any fat content. Stir and bring to a boil.
step 5 out of 8
Pour cold water into a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil, salt, add the required amount of fetuccine. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the package, then drain through a colander.
step 6 out of 8
Cut the hard cheese into slices and add to the sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.
step 7 out of 8
Rinse the basil well and pat dry. Chop with a knife and add to the sauce. Mix well.
step 8 out of 8
Arrange the fetuccini on plates. Spread the sauce evenly over the top. Serve the bacon, chicken and cream carbonara in portions.

Bon Appetit!
