I really love to cook, but in order not to waste a lot of time, I mostly use simple recipes. Today I propose to prepare a classic recipe for carbonara with bacon in a creamy sauce. The dish turns out to be unusually tasty, juicy and satisfying.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a classic bacon carbonara in a creamy sauce.

Peel the garlic, rinse and chop with a knife, grate on a fine grater or pass through a press.

Cut the bacon into thin slices. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled.

Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Any hard cheese can be used instead of Parmesan.

Heat the pan well over moderate heat, add a small amount of olive oil, add chopped garlic and, stirring constantly, lightly fry.

Then put the prepared bacon and, stirring constantly, fry a little.
