With a great desire I want to share my favorite recipe for Carbonara with bacon, ham and cream, which I cook for all family holidays. An appetizing dish turns out to be unusually tasty and instantly disappears from the table.

Pour cold water into a saucepan, put on fire and boil, salt well, put a measured amount of spaghetti. Cook until al dente for the time indicated on the package. Then drain the spaghetti through a colander or sieve.

Peel the garlic and rinse. Cut the bacon into thin slices. You can use any bacon - raw, uncooked or smoked-boiled. Cut the ham into small cubes.

Heat a deep frying pan over low heat. Pour in some olive oil. Add the peeled garlic and fry it lightly.

Then add the chopped bacon and ham. Stirring constantly, fry them until golden brown.
